Healing Through Creative Arts Therapy

Stress, past experiences, and repeating patterns don’t just live in the mind; they’re stored in the body. You may feel stuck in old habits, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from yourself and others.

As a licensed Creative Arts and Dance/Movement Therapist, I help individuals, couples, and groups tap into the body’s natural capacity for healing. Drawing on creative expression, movement, mindfulness, and extensive expertise in intimacy and sex therapy, we work together to release what’s been held, restore connection, and move forward with greater freedom.

Creative Arts Therapy

How I Work

I integrate body-based and creative approaches with evidence-based talk therapy to support whole-person healing:

  • Creative Arts Therapy – Use creative and expressive tools to process experiences beyond words.

  • Psychotherapy – Process your story in a safe, supportive space and find relief on your terms.

  • Dance/Movement Therapy – Access emotions and patterns stored in the body, fostering release, insight, and new ways of relating.

  • Somatic Work – Foster embodied awareness and nurture the mind–body connection.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Build skills to change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.

  • Mindfulness & Trauma-Informed Care – Create safety, presence, and resilience for deeper change.

  • Heal from trauma and post-traumatic stress (PTSD)

  • Navigate life transitions

  • Manage anxiety, stress, or depression

  • Deepen intimacy and address sexual challenges

  • Strengthen relationships and communication

What to Expect

Therapy is a collaborative process. I offer a warm, inclusive space where your story is heard, your pace is honored, and movement is used as both a pathway and a practice for change. I meet you where you are, offering guidance, tools, and support tailored to your unique needs. Whether you come to address a specific challenge or to explore personal growth, we work together to uncover what your body already knows and to integrate those insights into your daily life and routine.
